YOUR ORDER INFORMATION

Unless stated otherwise all of our jets are hand made to order and the total wait time is approximately 6-8 weeks from order to receipt (this includes the freight time). This can change at busy times and expedited freight is also optional if required. Owing to the size and weight of our jets we send our via sea freight which is a much cheaper but much slower option. It is also possible to quote for fast air freight but the cost of this would be significantly more.

GETTING A QUOTATION FOR FAST FREIGHT

If you would like a quotation for airfreight please email us on info@ftlinnovation.com and let us know the model you are intending to order and your delivery location with address. We will raise a quote for you and email you back as soon as we have a confirmed cost. International air freight is normally very fast and can range from 3-7 days for most locations worldwide.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We do not generally take orders for custom paint schemes. However if you would like something we are more than happy to see if what you request is possible and quote you a price for doing so.

We highly recommend signing up for an account prior to ordering with us. This will allow you to track your order and see its progress. We will also send you emails with updates on how your build is going. You can log into your account at any time on the website and check any messages / progress with your order.
