The Vortex turbine has been continually defined and developed to the point where you now only need two cables. The first runs from your fuel tank as per the image below. the Next is the power cable which uses a 3s lipo and also spurs off for throttle servo connection. There is no simpler way to run a turbine than an FTL Vortex.

The power cable is approximately 1000mm long and is driven by a 3S lipo battery. On the harness you also have servo input for throttle along with a fuse box with lights showing the status of your rc and power connections.
